Pre - Cana

Couples who have a confirmed wedding date must attend a Pre-Cana session as well as meetings with a priest or deacon. At Pre-Cana, you will share areas of discussion including topics dealing with effective communication, finances, sexuality, and spiritualty. The day starts at 10 AM and concludes with attendance together at the 5 Pm Mass.

Please note that attendance and successful completion of Pre-Cana is a necessary prerequisite if your wedding is to take place in the Catholic Church.

It is suggested that engaged couples attend Pre-Cana at least six months prior to their wedding.

If you complete Pre-Cana or an Engaged Encounter program elsewhere, a certificate of completion is required. To schedule your Pre-Cana, call Deacon Ron Meyers at the rectory (856) 667-8850, ext 213.
