Parish Religious Education Program (PREP)
Dear Families:
As we begin a new school year, let us call to mind the mission we are called to follow while attending the Parish Religious Education Program. As part of this parish community, we come together to share the “Good News” of Jesus Christ through the faith development of the families in our parish. We also are here to nurture and prepare our youth for a lifelong journey with our Lord.
Our program provides opportunities for family liturgical experiences, faith sharing and sacramental preparation. We believe that parents should be the primary educators in their child’s spiritual and religious journey, however, when the time comes for a more formal religious education for the sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation, we are privileged to become partners with you in guiding your children through their moral, religious and spiritual growth.
May all of us continue to utilize our time, our talents and our abilities to help our children grow in wisdom, age and grace. After all, they are not just the church of tomorrow ---- they are the young church of today.
